Customer Service Executive

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out the following duties and responsibilities:


Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries across assigned investment platforms.

  2. Provide accurate information on products, services, and processes in line with Pergamon Investment Bank standards.

  3. Support front-office operations, including client onboarding and documentation processing.

  4. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and service requests efficiently.

  5. Maintain accurate client records and update relevant systems.

  6. Ensure timely follow-up on client requests and escalations.

  7. Uphold service delivery standards and contribute to continuous service improvement.

  8. Assist in managing client communications via email, phone, and digital channels.

  9. Adhere to internal policies, compliance requirements, and operational procedures.

  10. Support relationship management efforts through professional and consistent client engagement.


Formal Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Customer Service, or a related field (Placeholder)

  • Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage (Placeholder)


Experience and Knowledge

  • Previous experience in a customer service or front-office role, preferably within financial services

  • Understanding of investment products and client servicing processes

  • Experience working in a structured, compliance-driven environment

  • Knowledge of service delivery best practices


Computer Literacy

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Experience using CRM or client management systems

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
